Guide to placing an order on the C 3D CONCEPTS Website:
- Selecting your items:
Beneath each item you will see a tab marked “add to cart.” Click on this and then repeat for all the items that you wish to order. If you would like to review the items that you have selected, you can click on the shopping cart icon on the top right of the page.
- Checkout:
Once you are finished shopping, you can click on the “checkout” tab on the very top right of the page. You will then be asked to fill in your billing and delivery details.
- Creating an account:
After filling in your address, you will see a small red dot and a tab marked “create an account?” Click on this and then enter a password of your choice. Your shipping and billing details are then recorded for future orders. The next time you order, you can click on “my account” on the top left of the C 3D CONCEPTS home page, and log in with your user name and password. You will not need to re-enter your billing and delivery details.
- Payment:
You can then choose whether you would like to pay via:
PayFast, (credit card payments) or
Direct bank transfer (EFT) Please use order number and name as reference. Please email proof of payment to info@c3dconcepts.co.za
If you are going to deposit money at the bank, please do so via the ATM as deposits via the teller incur extra bank charges. ( R15)
- Place order:
Click the “place order” tab and the order will be sent straight through to us. An invoice and confirmation of your order will be emailed directly to you.
As soon as we have your order and payment, you will be sent an email to advise that your order is being processed.
- When will I get my order/Shipping
We know you are excited to get your order so we aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, within 24 hours. During peak times when order volumes are high we may encounter delays. Should we encounter delays, you will be notified via email. Orders that include custom design cookie cutters will take 1-3 days to dispatch, from receipt of design image.
Shipping options:
- Flat rate Economy Shipping on all orders.
What is your Return Policy?
There are NO RETURNS on our products for hygienic reasons. Please make sure you are happy with your order before completing it.
- If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon delivery – we will replace or refund.
- Timing: we have a 3-days DAMAGE OR FAULTY Return Policy, since the day item was received.
- To be eligible for a return of damaged items, goods must be unopened AND unused.
- For returns, please email info@c3dconcepts.co.za with the subject ‘ Return’ and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.
